Cognos Training Delivery Methods


Decision Resources offers a number of Training Delivery options, dependent upon your needs, time restraints and budget. All options are available at our office (Buidling 12, 15 Howleys Road, Notting Hill - 3168) or on-site at your office for convenience.

Training can be delivered in accordance with the following methods:

     Individual One-On-One Training

Training in a private context means less pressure than classroom situations, allowing you to work at your own pace. This is useful when there are fewer users or a single user with different or specific requirements of the IBM Cognos training program.

    Structured Classroom Training

Available at your office or ours, this option allows you to train a number of IBM Cognos users at once and at a substantial reduction to the standard program costs. The schedule is flexible and is fully adapted to accommodate your IBM Cognos usage needs. Additionally, there is no need to wait for scheduled class times. This method is ideal for a peer-centric training environment and to maximise the value of your IBM Cognos training funds.

      Individual Mentoring

We work through real problems with you on your company IBM Cognos environment, showing you the ‘how’ and ‘why’ as well as a few tricks of the trade! This is suitable for all levels of users that would like a personalised training experience with specific solutions and outcomes.

Cognos Training - Pricing Structure


Decision Resources offers training options to suit all budgetary requirements. With a substantial reduction to the official costs, training is customised to your needs and company training requirements. Here at Decision Resources, we believe that the more people who feel confident in using your IBM software, the more beneficial the program is to your business. For this reason, we have an incremental daily rate for training for one person, two to five people and six to ten people. In this way, you receive the maximum benefits of customised training in your workplace at the best value.

Prices are variable based on the data source to be used (your data or sample data) and according to overall content, course length and complexity of your requirements. All prices quoted are including GST.

    One on One Training / Individual Mentoring
     $900 per day


    Classroom Style Structured Training (2 - 5 attendees)

      $1,200 per day



    Classroom Style Structured Training (6 - 10 attendees)
      $1,500 per day
